At Sundown Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed clothing with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
